That is exactly the case with this week’s case study – a business to business company which provides auditing services for credit card processing. Let’s take a look at the changes.
Name & Logo Changes
Step 1 was to change the name of the business from “Audit Advantage” to “Audit Advantage Processing Consultants”. A logo modification followed to reflect this broader service.
Creation of Product Collateral
Step 2 was to create product material for the new products including selling points, pricing and content.
The final step was enhancements to the website. The prior website was entirely focused on the single product offering. The new website needed to reflect the broader service offering in both a visual manner as well as the content for the website.
Changes which supported this include:
- Changes to the home page for rotating banners and call out areas for each product
- Changes to the website navigation for additional services
- Changes to the calls to action. instead of having 1 call to action, mutliple ones were added to the site
- Content enhancements
- New visual grapihcs & broader testimonials
